PRELUDE
WORDS OF WELCOME AND SHARING IN COMMUNITY
* CALL TO WORSHIP from Psalm 145        Pastor Ken Fuller
The Lord is gracious and merciful, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love.  The Lord is good to all, and his compassion is over all that he has made.  All your works shall give thanks to you, O Lord, and all your faithful shall bless you.  They shall speak of the glory of your kingdom, and tell of your power, to make known to all people your mighty deeds, and the glorious splendor of your kingdom.  Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and your dominion endures throughout all generations.  The Lord is faithful in all his words, and gracious in all his deeds.
*HYMN

*INVOCATION (UNISON) by Rev. Arnold Kenseth Sabbaths, Sacraments and Seasons. (All those who worship with us in spirit, online, now or later, and all those who are present at the meetinghouse, we pray this together, for God is eternally present to all of us. Let Rev. Dr. Kenseth’s words be our daily prayer throughout the week.)
O thou who has sustained us through the night watches and brought us in mercy to this new day: awaken us, indwell in us, encompass us. Shake out our drowsy souls for praise.  Strengthen our hearts for Love.  Straighten our minds for truth.  And turn us from all pantomimes to see our true life in thee and in a warm care for all the neighborhoods of men.   Amen.

SCRIPTURE   Zechariah 4, Luke 10:1-16

Thy kingdom come.  Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.  Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sin against us.  Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.  For thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever.  Amen.
